Relatives Abusing Washing Machine Privilege?

First of all, do you rent your home or own it? If you rent, I guarantee that your Landlord would not like this living situation; he would tell this family that they need to leave because you are breaking your Landlords contract by having all these extra people there without permission. If you own your home, you need to be strong and set the rules; give them a contract stating these are the conditions of living here; this amt of rent money each month, only washing clothes twice weekly, helping with the groceries, paying the electric bill every other month, etc. You are the Landlord, if they don't agree, they need to leave. I realize this is hard, but it is your home...be strong.
