1992 Honda Civic DX whirling/chirping noise around belt and pulleys?

Sounds like one of the pulleys has a bearing that is going bad. Your best bet is to take it to a local mom-and-pop mechanic with a good reputation. Most of them give free estimates. If it is a bearing going bad, you want to get it fixed ASAP because your serpentine belt will be ripped to shreds if the bearing seizes up.
