Has anyone figured out what this "change" obama is that obama use to talk about?

i noticed he don't mention it anymore, when he use to, he never told us what it was, nobody knew what it was, they just chant "hope & change" like a mantra 108 times in a row, anyone figured it out yet? because the president is now silent on it
