At least a day or two late for period with lower back pain and alittle tender in the nipples?

My period hasn`t come yet im still waiting until 28 days til I get it but my cycle is a 22-23 day one. and before my period my back never hurts like this I never knew lower back pain was a sign of it.My breast are a little tender but that could be from sex I pee almost every hour I stay up til like 12 or 1 than I sleep late til 10 or 11 (usually get up around 7) plus i`ll wake up in the middle of night with either heartburn or to pee and then 20mins later I`m out like a light is my period late or am i pregnant and need a test
