What does it mean when sperm comes back out the vagina?

I got off my third dose of clomid 150 mg about 7 days ago. I am on day 13 of my cycle. I have been having sex every other day since the last days of my period. Last night however, the sperm came back out. Does this mean I will have no chance of getting pregnant? I am havign pains on my ovaries as of yesterday. Please help me!!!
