Am I legally allowed to beat up this dude?

If you are under 18 you could end up in juvenile if you beat up someone. I would think first before you act. If someone were to bother me a lot I would talk to the school administration first. If someone's actions becomes serious enough to be considered a criminal, I would call the popo (police).
